The Brief

To design and develop a speculative four unit business park that was commercially viable whilst offering high quality Grade A space to potential occupiers looking to either purchase or lease.

Our Role

Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyors, appointed to manage the whole process. Also worked closely with the purchasers and tenants, managing and assisting with their fit-out works to suit.

The Result

Located in Emersons Green on the outskirts of Bristol, the project was completed on time and within budget with all four buildings sold or let soon after completion.

Design and build of a large speculative office development on the edge of Baglan Energy Park, with the benefit of ease access to the M4. Flexibility in the design was required to allow either for multiple occupiers per floor or wing or for a large single occupier.

Andrew’s Role

Prior to establishing Curtis Surveyors, Andrew Curtis undertook the role of the Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor, managing the whole project from inception to completion on this significant and striking Design and Build scheme.

The Result

A very prestigious looking building successfully completion on time and within budget.

Construction of a large speculative office development set within landscaped grounds in Newport for AWG Property Ltd.

Andrew’s Role

Prior to establishing Curtis Surveyors, Andrew Curtis gained valuable experience as the Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor, working from start to finish on this significant project. Early in the construction process, Wales and West Utilities committed to occupying the entire building.

The Result

Project delivered successfully, with the new tenant’s requirements incorporated without compromising the completion date or budget.
